Cambio Blanco Tequila redefines the standards of a premium Tequila Blanco by utilizing time-honored production methods. Our process begins with slowly roasting whole Blue Weber agave hearts, allowing the natural sugars to fully develop. The agave is then processed with a traditional Tahona stone wheel to extract the pure, natural juice, ensuring that every step emphasizes the authenticity of this spirit.
Following extraction, the tequila is fermented at lower temperatures using specific wine yeasts in tanks lined with American white oak and Mexican pine. The liquid then matures in used French oak wine barrels, creating a nuanced spirit with a layered profile. This meticulous process produces a tequila with distinctive, balanced notes that include hints of fruit, butterscotch, and subtle citrus, accompanied by a smooth, lingering finish. Place your order today and savor the expertise behind each bottle.
