An exceptional Rioja Reserva displaying an intense cherry-red color with an elegant rubi-tinted rim. The high-altitude vineyard origins present a complex and beautifully concentrated bouquet filled with ripe red and black forest fruits, sweet baking spices like cinnamon and clove, and soft balsamic notes. On the palate, it delivers a vibrant, medium-to-full-bodied structure effortlessly balancing lively acidity with rounded, velvety tannins, culminating in a long, beautifully integrated cocoa and licorice finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs perfectly with flame-grilled red meats, slow-cooked savory stews, wood-fired wild mushroom dishes, or medium-cured Spanish cheeses.
91 Points - James Suckling
