Description
This four-grain bourbon is distilled in small batches using the distillery's signature square copper pot still and aged for a minimum of two to four years.
Mash Bill: A perfectly balanced four-grain blend consisting of 75% Yellow Dent Corn, 10% Wheat, 10% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley.
Appearance: Bright copper with a rich, luminous glow.
Nose: Highly aromatic and "perfumy." It features a mix of baking spices, butterscotch, and graham crackers, with unique hints of spicy green pepper and persimmon.
Palate: A warm, creamy texture that reveals layers of funky cherry, orange zest, and dried tropical fruits (like mango and papaya). It is balanced by toasted pecans, Szechuan peppercorn, and honeyed malt.
Finish: Smooth and persistent. The experience ends with notes of buttered kettle corn, toasted nuts, and lingering oak tannins, often described as having a "Suns-out" brightness.
