ECM Technika VI Dual Boiler Espresso Machine w/ PID
After a quarter-century of perfecting the Technika line, ECM introduces the Technika VI — a dual boiler machine that takes everything learned from the heat-exchanger Technika V and elevates it. Independent coffee and steam boilers with PID control deliver rock-solid temperature stability, while Fast Heat-Up mode gets you pulling shots in minutes.
Why Choose the Technika VI?
- Dual Boiler System: Independent 0.5L coffee and 1.0L steam boilers, each PID-controlled, for simultaneous brewing and unlimited steam.
- Fast Heat-Up Mode: Both boilers heat together to get you from cold start to espresso quickly.
- Commercial E61 Group Head: Legendary thermal stability and build quality.
- Digital Control Display: Programmable on/off timer, pre-infusion, ECO mode and maintenance reminders.
- Programmable Pre-Infusion: Active and passive pre-infusion for better extraction.
- Plumb-In or Tank: Run from the 3.0L reservoir or connect directly to a water line.
- Dual Blue Pressure Gauges: Iconic ECM styling with real-time brew and boiler monitoring.
