An exciting, light-bodied, and highly energetic natural Spanish red wine crafted from 100% biodynamically grown Sumoll grapes in Penedès. Vinified without any oak contact to celebrate the unique freshness of this rare, indigenous variety, it reveals a bright, translucent ruby-pink hue. The nose opens with a fragrant bouquet of fresh red currants, wild raspberries, and soft Mediterranean herbs like thyme, backed by a crisp, crunchy acidity and a lightly savory, mineral-driven finish that is perfect for chilling.
Food Pairing: This remarkably fresh and vibrant red wine pairs beautifully when served slightly chilled alongside a salmon and avocado tartare, wood-fired margherita pizza, or a fresh summer salad.
