SafCider AS-2 is a 5 g dry cider yeast developed for producing balanced sweet and dry hard ciders. Designed for approximately 5–6 gallon batches, this versatile strain delivers reliable fermentation performance across a broad temperature range while helping cider makers create clean, consistent results.
This strain features low nitrogen demand, making it well suited for a variety of juice conditions.
