Process & Profile
Scapegrace Premium Black Small Batch Gin is an innovative gin from New Zealand crafted with a unique combination of natural botanicals that give it its striking black hue. Distilled from a wheat-based spirit, the gin features aronia berry, saffron, pineapple, sweet potato (kumera), and traditional juniper. Its color is completely natural—derived from botanical extracts—and when mixed with tonic or citrus, it transforms from black to vibrant shades of purple and pink. Bottled at 41.6% ABV, it delivers balance, depth, and visual intrigue in every pour.
