Tarquins Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin
Tarquin’s Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin is a fruit-led flavoured gin from Cornwall’s Southwestern Distillery. It is distilled in small batches using traditional copper pot stills and infused with British-grown rhubarb and raspberries.
The base is Tarquin’s flagship Cornish Dry Gin, made with 14 botanicals including juniper, citrus, cardamom and violet. After distillation, the gin is infused with real fruit, giving it a natural blush and a tart, juicy profile. This is a vegan-friendly gin with no added sugar.
- Tarquin’s Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin opens with aromas of lemon sherbet, fresh raspberries and soft juniper.
- The palate is bright and zesty with rhubarb sorbet, crisp pine and a touch of Eastern spice.
- Finishes with tart raspberry jam, zesty citrus and a hint of frangipane.
Serve with ginger ale and fresh raspberries, or try with tonic and a sprig of mint.
