Weller Bourbon 2024 Release
This small-batch wheated bourbon is a highly anticipated release from Buffalo Trace’s legendary Antique Collection. Distilled using a wheat-based mash bill instead of the more traditional rye, it offers a softer, creamier flavour profile while maintaining immense depth and strength.
Bottled uncut and unfiltered at a robust 62.9% ABV, the William Larue Weller 2024 Release is a cask strength bourbon that showcases the very best of American whiskey craftsmanship and remains one of the most sought-after bourbons on the market.
- William Larue Weller 2024 Release opens with rich caramel corn, ripe plum and soft new leather aromas
- The palate delivers layers of marshmallow, salted almonds, nougat, figs, and dates with exceptional texture
- The long, satisfying finish reveals notes of pipe tobacco and sweet toffee, leaving a warm, balanced trail
This premium cask strength bourbon is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up its complexity. It pairs beautifully with chargrilled steak, smoked brisket, or pork belly. For a sweeter match, try it alongside pecan tart, dark chocolate mousse, or figs stuffed with mascarpone.
Perfect for seasoned bourbon collectors or anyone seeking one of the boldest and most complex wheated bourbons ever produced.
